Apply using the roller ball directly to the temples and around entire hairline. We also suggest taking a few deep, inhaling breaths of the aroma straight from the bottle to deliver relaxation to the brain sensory systems and the nerves. Also available in a dropper bottle to use in a diffuser. Best used at onset of symptoms and reapply as needed.
